Description

The module builds directly on the learning and teaching in Aerospace Propulsion (MEC345).The aim of this module is to provide the students with an in depth and advanced knowledge of the design and principles of operation of gas turbines. The principles of operation of scramjets, ramjets, pulse detonation engines and the design of rockets for propulsion will also be investigated through examples of historical importance.
